What is the setup fee for?

The one-time setup fee covers configuring the system with your shop name, brand list, user accounts, and your private portal URL. It also includes an onboarding training session so you and your staff are fully confident using the software on day one.
Can I switch from monthly to one-time later?

Yes. If you start on a monthly plan and later decide to switch to a lifetime licence, we'll credit the months you've already paid toward the one-time fee. Just contact us and we'll sort it out.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Your data is always yours. If you cancel a monthly plan, we give you a full data export (JSON + PDF) before the account is closed. We never delete data without giving you time to export it first.
Does it work on mobile phones?
+
Yes — MobilePro works on any device with a browser. You can record a sale from your phone while your accountant checks the monthly report on a laptop simultaneously. The layout is fully responsive.
Can I add more users later?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase the number of users. On the monthly plan, you simply move to the next tier. On the one-time plan, there's a small upgrade fee to the higher tier.
Is my data safe?

Your data is stored in Google Firebase — the same infrastructure used by thousands of businesses worldwide. Your shop's data is completely isolated from other shops. Nobody, including MobilePro staff, can access your data without your credentials.
